RETURN

Your online order may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent – and must have their original label. We will not accept or refund goods that have been worn or washed.

The following items may not be returned: underwear, gift cards.

Please make sure that you do not have returns from multiple orders in one parcel to ensure that you get your refund as quickly as possible. All products must be packed in the original, undamaged packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was included with the product.


To initiate a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from your order. Please go to the Returns and Warranty Portal.

- Carefully pack the items in their original packaging (including documentation, manuals, warranty information, registration, etc.).

Once your return is received and verified, we will process the refund within 15 business days of receipt.


For your protection, we strongly recommend that you use a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.


All purchases and returns are subject to the Terms of Sale.


What is “Free Returns” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use our electronic withdrawal form by clicking Withdraw from contract here. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request.

Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery
  • Digital content where delivery has begun with your prior consent
